When/ How long have
you been in the Township?
Since Nov. 1984. 23 years
What
brought you here?
It was close to the family dairy farm that I worked
at. Great community, good neighbors. My grandfather
used to own the property.
What are some things you
would like to do or see done/changed in the Township?
I would like to see a new fire hall/ township
hall be built. More road improvements and more
business/industry come to the area.
How would you describe
the Township to a visitor?
Quiet, rural, open spaces, lots of agriculture,
great community.
What is something you like
about the township that a lot of people may not
know about?
All the opportunities that are available to get
involved in the Twp. From the Board, commissions,
fire dept, to all the different committees.
What is something
about you that most of the Twp may not know?
I used to be a volunteer fireman for 9 or 10 years.
I owe the fire dept. a great deal for all the
training I received, especially CPR. I saved my
grandfather’s life and gave him an additional
15 years to the ripe old age of 96. What a great
man who loved his church and his community.
